If you made a purchase and you have not received the items from your purchase, restart the game by completely closing out the app and launching it again.
If after a bit of time has passed, and you still have not received your items, submit a request with the following information:
- Your Name:
- Date of Purchase:
- In-Game Name or User ID:
- Server:
- Item(s) Purchased: (including any bonuses)
- Price of Purchase(s): (in dollars)
- Screenshot of your receipt: (receipt that you received from Google or Apple)
