Resonance is the process of upgrading a Hero's Rarity.
Izuku Midoriya starts off as a Rank B Rarity, but can be upgraded to Rank SSS Rarity using Hero Shards.
The number of Hero Shards required to upgrade will vary by Rarity Rank.
Resonance will also provide stat boosts to your heroes.
